The Microsoft Bing@Work Team leverages the best talent and Bing/O365 infrastructure to build industry-leading enterprise search solutions. Our main product is Microsoft Search in Bing, which enhances the Bing surface with enterprise search capabilities, giving us a foot in both consumer and enterprise. We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our User 

Responsibilities

Experiences team. You will lead a team of frontend developers to drive the goal of creating delightful search experiences which increase daily active usage (DAU) and monthly active usage (MAU) of our product.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Client-side web development experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React/Redux or similar technologies
• Best practices in web programming patterns and API design
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Management/Leadership experience
• Experience in enterprise systems with compliance requirements
• Knowledge of C#/ASP.NET
• Experience with telemetry, experimentation, and analytics
• Experience with open-source projects
