Role Description:

This role will participate in the technical design and architecture of client projects focusing primarily on Content Management Systems and Digital Experience Platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and frontend technologies such as React, Redux and backend technologies such as Spring, MVS architecture & working knowledge of Weblogic Application Server.

Key Responsibilities:

The job will also include technical presales, as well as DevOps consultancy and general technical leadership.

The job includes but not limited to the below:

• Work as part of Amdocs technical teams, sales/pre-sales teams, account managers, heads of business units and EPAM Competency Centers, providing technical guidance and solution designs on a daily basis
• Develop and present project proposals, technical and project management guidelines for development of complex computer applications in multiple business domains
• Suggest solution implementation approaches, create estimates, timeline and cost analyses that will lead to successful implementation and program delivery
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
• Work closely with Information Technology professionals with customer team
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions

Qualifications /Requirements:

• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
• Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
• Solid experience in implementation of complex system architectures with AEM / Java based Web application
• Experience in working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and its integration with AEM
• Extensive experience with integration of software solutions in enterprise IT.
• Experience in project management or technical team lead positions, excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software development processes and Agile/SCRUM.
• Experience with and good understanding of enterprise applications at least in one of the following technology areas: high-performance, highly transactional web applications, mobile development, content management solutions, e-commerce solutions, e-business frameworks or business intelligence.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to enhance the EPAM brand.
• Able to gain trust with clients and take their projects to the next level.
• Able to work with and build strong relationships with nearshore teams.
• Prior experience in Production Operation support will be an added advantage.
• Prior overseas experience of working with Telecom customer is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
