About this role

This job is to work on an internal portal which helps users across BT to gain access to our data and tools. Thousands of requests are served through multiple services, working to automate processes to make user journeys simpler. By simplifying our processes, we save users time and make  which empowers BT to better serve our customers.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Working in a DevOps team following the SCRUM framework, you will need to be able to design and develop using Angular and Java Spring. Creating documentation for the purposes sharing of knowledge  and collaboration

You'll have the following skills & experience

Worked alongside colleagues through a period of intense stress and pressure

Handled office politics/disagreements whist maintaining personal integrity

Advocating and applying technology where it has not been used previously

Developed an internal network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role

Delivered results when the deliverables were unclear

Used knowledge of the business to help define development features

Tackled process/policy obstacles to delivery
