The Azure Data Backplane team is looking for people who are interested in developing a state-of the-art platform that spans multiple clouds, hosts open source and Microsoft database engines, and enables touch-free deployment to and configuration of millions of databases in a fast, safe, and reliable way. The platform provides full lifecycle services involving deployment, upgrade, high availability, disaster recovery, supportability, and management end-to-end.
We are hiring software engineers to help design and implement the technologies that will enable Microsoft to tackle a new set of enterprise and cloud problems.
