About the role

Launching rockets and operating satellites requires a symphony of multiple teams, multiple sites, and multiple complex systems working together towards mission success. Software drives every aspect of this, and Rocket Lab has a large number of complex software products.

The Junior Support/Test Analyst works within the Business Automation - Flame team to provide support and testing services for Rocket Lab’s bespoke web applications and integration infrastructure which are used by other engineers as part of the development of Rocket Lab’s launch vehicle and spacecraft

Essential skills

• ISTQB Certifications, Tertiary Diploma, Certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge.
• Operational experience within a service desk or team that provided support with a high level of customer service.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability
