We are looking for a person to lead one of our seven software development teams and Ryman Healthcare. 

What will you do?

• Lead a team of Software Engineers and Testers, taking care of the day-to-day people management responsibilities
• Work in a modern, cloud environment to deliver products that make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

• Be the face of the team when interacting with the wider organisation

• Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Remain hands on by designing and implementing new features for internal Ryman applications

Who are you?

• You have a desire to lead and empower a team
• Strong technical background, featuring experience with some of the following: Azure, C#, .Net, release management and ReactJS
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Previous leadership experience desirable
