Responsibilities

We’re looking for motivated and talented software developers who are committed to create, improve, and reinvent AI powered productivity experiences in flagship Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook and Teams running on mobile/web/desktop platforms. You will deliver profound business impact by contributing directly to the codebase of many world-renowned products as well as collaborating with partner teams to bring Microsoft’s best cutting-edge AI technologies right in front of our end users. Through leveraging a broad set of state-of-the-art client technologies (React/Swift/Kotlin/…) coupled with a wealth of AI and service domain expertise across the entire company, you will have plenty of opportunities to solve a stream of challenging technical and non-technical problems along project execution and quickly grow to become a respectful and well-rounded technical leader who not only can navigate large codebases with a breeze, but also can manage tasks with intricate dependencies to amplify your influence across the board. Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of general software engineering principles and practices.
• Experience in frontend web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React).
• Experience in mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus.
• Experience in cross platform development (e.g. React Native) is a plus.
• Experience in C/C++ development is a plus.
