• The Software Developer’s role is to work within in a development team to design, build and maintain bespoke software applications for the Bupa Dental UK business.
• The software developer will work within an Agile process to shape solutions that help the business achieve their targets and improve workflows and processes throughout Bupa Dental UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• As part of Bupa UKIT, IT for Dental Services look after c450 dental practices across the UK and Ireland on behalf of the Dental Business Unit.

• You will report into the Head of Software Development for Bupa UK Dental Services who reports to the IT Director for UKIT Dental.

• Bupa UK IT Dental operate an agile process based around the Scrum framework. It is therefore expected that you ensure the development tower comply with the defined framework

• You will support the Bupa IT UK Dental operations team, to diagnose, triage and resolve any bugs that are escalated to the software development team.
