The Rodney Adult Mental Health team provides a range of services in the community to people aged 18-65 who are experiencing mental health difficulties. This vacancy is to cover a period of 12 months parental leave and is based at the Red Beach office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated New Zealand registered Social Worker to join a cohesive, multidisciplinary disciplinary team providing assessment and treatment to service users and their family/whanau.

You will require sound clinical skills, previous mental health experience and be dedicated to supporting service users in their recovery. If you are able to provide specialist Social Work perspective aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of service users during their journey then this could be the opportunity for you.

You’ll be required to hold registration and have a current Annual Practicing Certificate. You’ll also need a valid New Zealand Driver’s License.
