The Social Media & Marketing Assistant role is based at Strawberry Fields Family Centre in Great Ashby. The successful applicant will join the data & communications team, responsible for collating and analysing local and regional data to underpin service delivery and evidence positive outcomes while also developing our social media platforms.

Can you work on your own initiative and as part of a team to:

• Work collaboratively with the wider Family Centre team to ensure effective support is available locally for families?
• To manage and oversee data and information recording processes?
• Record and evidence progress and achieve expected goals agreed with the line manager?
• Manage a varied workload and prioritise to meet deadlines and achieve targets?
• Develop and manage media platform use for staff and service users in relation to the Family Centre Service?

Do you have:

• A range of skills including flexibility, and ability to convey written and spoken information clearly?
• Sound knowledge and experience of using data packages including Excel and PowerPoint?
• Knowledge and experience of using and developing media platforms such as Facebook?
• The ability to travel across the North Herts and Stevenage districts as required?
• An eye for detail and knowledge of the importance of accurate recording?

Do you have good communication skills as well as Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent and have good excellent IT skills to be able to use our online systems?

The Family Support Service core working hours are between 8am and 6pm with some evening and weekend work to suit the needs of the service.
