About the Team
The Wellbeing portfolio is newly created and sits within the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team of the People and Culture division. We support workplace wellbeing across Transport for NSW to build capability in our people and create a psychologically safe and inclusive culture within our organisation.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, we have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Project Officer to join the team of four. Working with two Managers and a Project Officer, it’s an exciting time as you will be supporting the development and rollout of a Wellbeing Strategy, whilst assisting with existing programs and initiatives.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have but are not limited to;
Demonstrated experience as a high-level Project Officer with at least 12 months experience (essential)
Health & wellbeing work experience is desired however not essential
Empathy and compassion
Data savvy – reporting experience with ability to analyse data/trends and benchmark
Process driven with strong attention to detail
Clear communications skills with the ability to talk through complexities
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements and work methods emerge
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7A (106,086) - 7E (118,816).
