About this role
The proposition team exists to come up with new ideas and turn them into real-life solutions that make a tangible difference to how our customers run their businesses. We do this by understanding our customers, how they work, and what things are stopping them from achieving their goals. This role is instrumental in supporting the SME business moving to a new kind of customer relationship that focuses on delivering customer success. This role will lead the creation and manage the portfolio of our SME Mobile VAS propositions that will make a real difference to SME businesses and drive commercial success for BT Enterprise.
The role will contribute to driving the Go To Market and commercial realisation of the proposition benefits of our SME Mobile VAS portfolio across our whole mobile portfolio.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Undertaking analysis & insight and developing proposition requirements collated from the market, sales channels and customers.
Supporting the development of differentiated VAS propositions to the target market based on insights and customer needs.
Support in defining customer and market requirements with defined benefits, costs and value to BT Enterprise.
Contribute to assumptions for business case development.
Accountable for developing the proposition bringing in relevant functions/roles as required.
Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood.
Creating the Go To Market (GTM) Plan for VAS propositions. Developing the GTM brief and collateral for marketing and sales.
You'll have the following skills & experience
A track record of commercial and/or technical achievement.
Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
An understanding of the external environment (political, economic and social) relevant to the Enterprise market and the opportunities and impact this presents
Must be able to work in fast-paced environments with conflicting priorities
Strong commercial and planning skills.
