Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a small animal vet to join our growing vet team at Kirkby Vets. We are a busy single site RCVS Accredited first opinion practice, based in Liverpool, with a passion and dedication to providing the highest quality of care.

As we continue to grow, so do our resources. We have brand new echocardiography enabled ultrasound, dental and diathermy machines. We also have an in house laboratory to assist our vets in providing rapid response treatment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a busy and varied caseload and the role will include a mix of consults and operations, with a minimal amount of sole charge. You will be supported by a friendly, supportive and very experienced team, which includes – 2 Vets, 1 being the Head Vet, Practice Manager, 3 extremely experienced RVN's, 2 PCAs and 3 receptionists.

We are looking for a Vet who is confident with routine surgery and consults. You will be working 40 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, but we will also consider part-time hours, for the right candidate. There are no OOH's in this role.
