We incorporate the latest technology in material processing to offer design and fabrication services to the wider Construction and Architectural markets.

Metal Concepts is looking for interest in the position of Installation Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in a similar role

With some really large scale and significant projects lined up, this is a position where you will become well known to the main contractor. A company vehicle and phone will be provided to you as you may be responsible for multiple job sites. You will manage the projects on-site production and daily output and coordinate the company’s labour force and subcontractors. The Site Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to support daily operations.

Other responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate and implement initial site inspections and inductions for all workers.
• Order materials as needed
• Supervise project meetings
• Promote a safety-first job site environment, monitor safe use of equipment and enforcement of all H&S regulations.
• Run toolbox safety meetings and distribute policies, procedures, JSA’s and other job critical information
• Supervise job site to ensure efficiency of staff out-put to meet job deadlines.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years in a similar role preferred (less experience ok with the right skill set)
• Able to read and interpret shop sketches and blueprints
• Good interpersonal, communications and planning skills
• Intermediate admin, data entry and recording
• Full Drivers license
