Salary Range: $28-$40/hour

About us:

We' an innovative and well established locally owned homebuilding company with a wealth of experience. We build largely in the North Shore and Northwest Auckland. Due to a high level of current workload, we are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. We are constantly recruiting for the best.

What you'll need to succeed:

ï‚· Honest, reliable, hardworking with a "can do" attitude and willing to learn

ï‚· Attention to detail and able to see projects through to completion

ï‚· With a qualification of Construction or relevant major

ï‚· At least 1-year experience in the residential construction/building industry in NZ

ï‚· NZ Carpentry Certificate or LBP holder is preferable

ï‚· Strong programming ability, organisational and time management skills

ï‚· Bilingual: good command in both Mandarin and English

ï‚· NZ citizenship or permanent resident visa holder is preferable

The role will include, but not limited to:

ï‚· Management of the assigned construction projects, daily site visits and close monitoring of all processes in order to ensure high quality of work is done on time and within budget

ï‚· Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, Council inspectors & other related parties

ï‚· Ensuring proper health & safety standards are adhered to

ï‚· Ensuring quality control and compliance with the NZ building code & Council

regulations

ï‚· Assisting project managers with tasks required

ï‚· Other work assigned by the director
