Site Manager job, Unit Development $30M+, Sunshine Coast, $165k - $180k Package

A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded developer builder on the Sunshine Coast, known for building a quality product. They have a solid pipeline of work on the Sunshine Coast, at different stages of the project life cycle, this is the perfect time to join them.

Your new role
You will be joining them on a 7 Story Unit Development due to commence in March, with the support of a full site team working closely with a well-regarded PM. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades in delivering this fully documented D&C project. Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records using Procore will all play a part in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have experience as a Site Manager on medium rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are $10M+ with 6 levels or more. A current QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. Foreman who have managed both Structures & Finishers on large commercial projects ready for the next step are also encouraged to apply. Only candidates based in Australia should apply to this role and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience while a range between $165k to $180k package is a good indicator, possibly more for the right candidate. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long term local work.
