What we are looking for:

We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager with experience to join our Wellington team. Upon application and interview process, a detailed job application will be shared with applicant.

Tasks:

  • Performance Management of assigned personnel
  • Personal Development Reviews
  • Following the Optimal Fire Limited policies
  • Team leader role, so lead by example in work, attitude and health and safety
  • Efficient stock control day-to-day 
  • Maintain health and safety standards and update SSSP and TA with admin team
  • Placing orders with admin team - correct quality and quantity of materials are requested
  • Maintain the quality of work of themselves and their personnel
  • Inspection of work in progress and finished tasks
  • Training employees 
  • Identify and record risk analysis, hazard analysis and fire standards to Government Codes
  • Logistic planning of materials around jobsite as assigned
  • Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
  • Risk Management – continuous review per site
  • Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with their employees and clients 
  • Completing, follow up on Health and Safety documentation in Site App Pro – Health and Safety Management System:

o   Weekly toolbox talks

o   Pre-starts

o   Site Inspections

o   Training
