Job Description
I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £1.6 million new build community theatre in Central London. The project is currently in week 4 of 40 and works currently happening are drainage, demo and strip out of the existing building.
Key duties will be -
- Ability to lead a project upwards of £1 million
- Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short to medium term look ahead programmes and manage out, find and overcome problems with suitable solutions.
- Be able to lead on H&S
- Lead on subcontractor management
- Manage Q/A and Logistics
Essential experience needed -
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
