They are building a mix of townhouses, designer stand alone homes, terraced homes and walk ups. Much of their work is commercial in structure within density developments. They have a strong management team in place and grow their site staff offering plenty of professional development potential.

They have a staggered development about to commence in Glen Innes which will consist of a number of townhouses, $3M standalone homes and walk-ups. The development will be over 2 years and beyond that, they have a solid 5 year pipeline with more developments to move to.

They are after an experienced site manager to work across all builds and lead a team.

Your day to day duties will involve:

• Managing site staff
• Working with, directing and managing carpenters, labourers and sub-contractors
• Planning of work schedules
• OSH on site
• Service delivery and ensuring timeframes are being met

As an applicant you have:

• A carpentry trade background and have 8+ years experience working on ideally volume residential sites in a site management capacity having progressed through the ranks. You demonstrate leadership skills, can motivate a team, and can effectively drive outcomes. Experience worked in commercial construction will be of value as well. The ability to drive a program, manage issues with iniative and sooth over any conflict will be demonstated.
