We are an Auckland based residential development company, specialising in apartments. We are now seeking to appoint the following positions to start immediately due to the increase forward work. An attractive remuneration package depending on experience.

- Quantity Surveyor
SITE MANAGER
About you:
- At least 5 years’ experience in construction apartments or light commercial site management in New Zealand
- Licensed LBP
- An excellent understanding of NZ building codes and Health & Safety requirements
- High level of communication skills
- To be computer-literate and the ability to learn project management software
- The ability to work in a fast pace, fun and dynamic environment
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to work out of sequence due to manufacturing delays with material shortage nationwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily site management
- Liaising with sub contractors, consultants, engineers and project manager
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met (site, administrative and reporting)
- Oversee all elements of construction working with the Project Manager and team to deliver the project on time and to budget with excellent project quality standards achieved
- Support Project Manager on-site with scheduling, meetings, communications and inspections.
- Assisting with budgeting for future projects
- Co-ordination of all materials on and off-site
SITE MANAGER AND PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT
About you:
- At least 12 months’ experience in construction apartments or commercial site management in New Zealand
- An excellent understanding of NZ building codes and Health & Safety requirements
- High level of communication skills
- To be computer-literate and the ability to learn project management software
- The ability to work in a fast pace, fun and dynamic environment
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to work out of sequence due to manufacturing delays with material shortage nationwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting daily site/ project management and project work

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
About you:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in construction industry.
- Quantity Surveying related degree or diploma is advantageous
- Experience working on site is advantageous
Your responsibilities:
- Quoting, pricing, supplier contracts, rates, document management, invoicing, tracking variations to contracts, and quality assurance.
- Assisting with general administration and documentation related to quantity surveying activities
- Effectively controlling costs of during the construction phase of a project
- Reporting and forecasting of costs for duration of project
- Managing procurement of sub-contractor and supplier packages
- Monitor and oversee the maintenance of up to date project documentation
