Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a client who is developing there project teams in the region. They are now looking for a solid site foreman/manager to join the team on a multi million dollar development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced foreman/site manager to step up on to a great project. There is a competitive package available for the right candidate with this fast expanding company. With work in Hamilton and then another large development in Cambridge, the work going forward is very secure in the region.

This client takes on projects from greenfield sites to handover, so you can be part of the main build and then fit out of there projects, giving you a fantastic variety of experience during the construction process.

To be considered for this role, this client requires the following;

• Ability to interpret plans and an understanding of NZ building practices and codes.
• Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
• Possess good communication skills
• Good problem solver
• Full NZ driver's licence
• Have a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow and develop the programmes
• Ability to manage sub trades
• Awareness of and willingness to follow Health & Safety rules and regulations
