The Opportunity

We have great opportunities for Site Engineers to join our team in Hornby, Christchurch. Reporting to the respective divisional manager you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience gained to-date to progress your career. You will need to show passion for delivering excellence, strong self-management and accuracy in your work to be successful in this role.

You will be Responsible Accountable for?

• Assisting the Department managers, project managers and project engineers in the day to day operations
• Ensure that the work is completed in compliance with appropriate specifications, legislative requirements and company policy
• Ensure site crews, sub-contractors and plant are managed through good planning and effective communication and co-ordination

What we need from you?

• Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experience
• on-site project experience
• Strong self-management
• Ability to mediate to resolve issues swiftly and calmly
