Site Administrator will provide administrative support and coordination of the Norddeich site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception of visitors and guests and first point of contact
- Contact person for technician accommodation in Norden / Norddeich and management of the booking plan.
- Supporting the team leaders in updating shift and accommodation schedules based on business trips, holidays and training of staff at the Norddeich site
- Responsibility for general office organisation (including communication to and coordination of site-related service providers)
- Organisation of meetings, events or catering (including hospitality vouchers)
- Taking minutes of meetings and maintaining to-do lists
- Timely compilation of relevant PowerPoint presentations
- Ordering office supplies, office equipment, food and carrying out invoice approvals for restricted suppliers
- Booking business trips and processing travel requests
- Booking of rental cars
- General support of the Head of Operations and Maintenance in Hamburg, as well as the site management in Norddeich
- Supporting the team with operational tasks in day-to-day business and general help with the start of new employees

Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in an activity comparable to the task is desirable
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Quick understanding and strong organisational skills
- Structured way of working
- Good knowledge of common office software
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and
- Enjoyment of working in a team
