About the Role:
Store Manager: ($26 per hour + commission)

Qualifications & experience :
- More than 2 years previous retail experience at an Assistant Manager or Manager level.
- Strong sales ability and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong Customer orientation and focus.
- Outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and able to manage the store with minimal supervision.
- Merchandising ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable about mobiles or electrical appliance
- Team player who leads by example.
Shop Assistant
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Have an interest in technology and keep up with the latest products on the market
- Educate customers about features and benefits of our products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and our regular competitions.
- On-the-job training for personal and professional development
Qualifications and experience
- Be a team player, but can also work well independently
- Have experience working in a customer service/sales environment (preferred, not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Have great time management and organization skills
- Be available to work at least 3 days a week (there is some weekend work and daytime shifts, so flexibility with working hours is a must
