About the Team

Within the Corporate Services branch of TfNSW is the Transport Shared Services (TSS) responsible to provide business support to more than 26000 customers. Additionally, TSS services over 300,000 external customers ranging from Local Government representatives to citizens. Over the last year, TSS has implemented a strategy to lead the direction of the organisation towards workforce digitisation, emphasising customer experience and growing the business’s value proposition and services.

 

 

The opportunity

 

Right now, we have multiple opportunities for Customer focused professionals who are process driven to join the Shared Services Teams basd in Dubbo.

 

The primary purpose of the role is to respond to multi-channel customer enquiries at first contact, as well as to processes transactions using defined processes, computerised systems, telephony and technology solutions, in order to support the effective and efficient delivery of tier 0 and tier 1 services to a range of internal and external customers.

About you

 

To be successful in this role, you will have but are not limited to;

Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a customer-centric service organisation such as a contact centre, service centre, shared service, corporate or managed service environment

Demonstrated ability to adapt and to learn and implement new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements and work methods emerge

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer experience and to build rapport, understand customer requirements and to provide best possible service approach from first contact

Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Grade 3A ($67,771) – 3E ($74,546) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
