ATCO Structures is looking for a Construction Worker (Service Person) to join the team in our Sales department in Price George, B.C. This role is responsible for working on a day-to-day basis with the members of the Space Rentals team to assist with carpentry and general labour activities for our modular space rental units, while maintaining a superior level of customer service.

This role works with a talented, diverse team of people who love coming together to solve problems, in person! As this role is operationally focused, it will require the successful candidate to work onsite from our Service Center located in Prince George.

As the ideal candidate, you will also:

- Assist with repairs and maintenance activities and cleanliness checks for space rentals fleet

- Provide input into the preventive maintenance plan

- Responsible for snow removal, sanding and lawn maintenance activities

- Perform basic maintenance tasks around the office and yard such as lawn mowing and snow removal of balcony and stairs

- Conduct cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors; emptying of all waste containers and disposing of garbage and recycling; washing windows; dusting; replacing burnt-out bulbs, and tubes from light fixtures

- Acquire materials such as parts or equipment required for the yard when needed

- Ensures all operations meet and comply with customer requirements, corporate policy, federal and provincial health and safety legislation

What you need to succeed:

- Experience within a similar role performing carpentry and general labour activities

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

- Customer service and teamwork skills

- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work well in a changing environment and possesses a sense of urgency

- Able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate cleaning equipment
