Your new role
On any given day you will:
- Provide service management to GTS product owners and Executive Managers
- Manage services in your portfolio effectively across the services lifecycle by adopting industry best practice frameworks, methodologies and business processes
- Manage, monitor and report ITE service performance to meet service performance targets
- Manage service outcomes through effective risk management aligned with the Group's risk appetite
- Manage service communications & customer engagement effectively to ensure customer satisfaction, collaboration and awareness
- Ensure the effective on-boarding of new services to the service management function
- Build effective relationships with BU IT and other relevant teams within GTS and the Group
- Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics; overall performance and effectiveness
- Manages supplier, risk and compliance activities Identifies and leads service and process improvements to ensure that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements; makes recommendations on how the effectiveness of services could be improved.
- Proactively resolves technical problems, partnering with key stakeholders; business partners and suppliers to resolve service issues and problems
- Manages and participates in change management activities; ensures that technical change is communicated and managed with appropriate governance
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in service management
- Supplier Management
- Technology Risk Management (Operational)
- Service Catalogue Management
- Service Level Management
- Experience preparing and managing budgets
- Experience supporting projects from a sponsor perspective
- Experience in Stakeholder and vendor management
- ITIL certified is desirable
