This is a leadership role managing a medium-sized Service Department comprising 10 technicians and 3 support staff.
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Dealer Principal. Using predetermined KPIs, the Service Manager will ensure strong productivity, efficiency and a motivated and engaged service team.
