What will you be doing?
As a Service Manager within Vodafone Global Enterprise, you will be responsible for the service relationships with key named Vodafone customers, with accountability for proactively driving improvement and development of the service whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met.
You will articulate the Vodafone Service Proposition, build customer confidence and work cohesively with Sales and Account Management teams, whilst measuring and monitoring service performance, ensuring service reports are produced and delivered within agreed timescales.
Who are we looking for?
As a Service Manager within VGE, you will be customer obsessed, with the ability to articulate the customers’ perspective in easy-to-understand ways, bringing a unified understanding to colleagues. You will constructively challenge the status quo, driving improvements to business processes with a can-do attitude.
Ideally you will be ITIL certified with recognised project management skills (ideally Prince 2 qualified).
