Job Description

We are seeking customer inspired professionals to join our team, delivering superior service and technical solutions to our corporate customers, ensuring all inbound communication and incident handling is managed to customer expectations and within SLA's.

This role would be ideally suited to someone in a first-line service desk role ready for that next step-up. If you believe you've got what it takes and you want to be part of a winning team, get in touch today!

You will need to be up for a fast paced inbound call centre environment where you'll be troubleshooting with customers and obtaining accurate information whilst delivering expert customer service on every call.

On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:

Customer service experience where you've loved handling the tough stuff

Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone

Proficient typing skills

Experience with computers and technology comprehension

Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level to advanced

A positive "can-do" attitude

Great teamwork skills

While formal qualifications are not necessary due to on-job training, it will help with your success. We support our customers around the clock so you'll need to be willing to work on a rostered basis, including some weekend shifts.
