Looking for a Service Delivery Manager (project manager) to be part of the biggest sporting event of the year and its in Birmingham. .
The Service Delivery Manager role will play a key role in delivering a first-class stewarding and crowd management service through out the biggest sporting event in Birmingham in 2022. You will play a big part in the planning and preparation of this event reporting into Head of Region. You will be key contact for the customer on build up and event days so building relationships and ensuring quality service and customer-focus is key.
