Holding 22,000 visitors and with over 200 events every year, the O2 is home to the world's most popular music, sports and entertainment events and we have an exciting opportunity to be part of the team delivery security excellence.
The Service Delivery Manager role will play a key role in delivering a first-class stewarding and crowd management service to our customer through the on-site operational deployment and management of the teams. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer on event days so building relationships and ensuring quality service and customer-focus is key.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, but a flexible approach and the ability to work Monday to Sunday dependant on Events is essential.
