Job Description

Our Service Delivery team consists of highly experienced practitioners and consultants who design, build and support enterprise customer ICT environments. These range from enterprise cloud and application solutions, infrastructure and network platforms and modern workplace environments.

As a result of growth in the Wellington region we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Wellington team. This is a customer facing, consulting position where you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our practice and support services to ensure quality outcomes to our customers. The team works closely with our Service Desk and you will work alongside our specialist practices to deliver ICT services to our customers.

You will also be required to:

  • Develop, implement and oversee service agreements with our customers
  • Provide presales and post-sales expertise and support to the Sales team
  • Provide thought leadership to the delivery practice and build its capabilities
  • Oversee and help deliver ICT infrastructure, application and cloud services, development of operational processes, issue diagnosis and problem resolution

Does this sound like you?

  • 6+ years minimum in ICT roles and experience in enterprise customer environments
  • Have experience in service delivery roles
  • Have a proven ability to build and develop customer relationships
  • Have a broad technical knowledge of enterprise ICT environments including cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of the deployment and running of distributed solutions and operations in a DevOps/SysOps environment an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL or modern service management processes
  • A knowledge of developing and implementing service contracts
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A knack for problem solving and a passion for ensuring clients receive exceptional quality of service is a must
