The Head of Infrastructure Service Delivery is responsible for collaborating closely with audit and cybersecurity teams and for communicating a consistent view of Technology Services to our internal customers.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate audit preparation and response across multiple Technology Services teams.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity teams to help coordinate vulnerability response across Technology Services.
• Become an infrastructure-focused authority on the application of Cybersecurity policies, and work with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to influence and shape policies.
• Establish a team to take raw estate data and bring it to life as insight to help drive strategy for Technology Services and our customers.
• Work with partners of regulatory controlled environments (e.g., PCI, SAO) to ensure that scheduled software updates occur on schedule.
• Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team within the department, working with other senior team members to drive continual improvements across the entire department.

What you’ll bring:

• Ability to communicate optimally with both senior business leaders and technical teams with a consistent record of being able to influence partners at Director & Exec level.
• Significant experience and in-depth understanding of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Audit processes, Finance, and handling of budgets.
• An inclusive leader with boundless optimism, passionate about quality and excellence.
• Organizational Awareness – knowledge of handling both internal partners and counterparts in interfacing organizations. Ability to think of approaches beyond establishing traditional support arrangement boundaries for internal service.
• An enthusiasm to drive standard methodology deliveries in a frequently changing environment across multiple teams.
• Track record of demonstrable leadership qualities, such as delegation and coaching for appropriate outcomes.
