About the Role:

This is a 6 month temp assignment, starting ASAP. Based in Wiri, with parking on-site.

Normal hours are 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however, due to Covid and lockdown precautions, the team is working a roster of 2 days on, 2 days off (12 hour shifts), from Monday through to Saturday.

Working in a team of 3, this role involves:

• Taking bookings
• Maintaining and updating the CRM
• Invoicing
• Keeping customers updated on progress and answering queries

About You:

You will have

• Strong administration skills
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience in raising Purchase Orders
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience with Autoline or in the trucking industry will also be advantageous
