Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will coordinate the servicing of company and customer equipment in a timely and effective manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directs the supply of parts to road mechanics and between other branches.
  • Works with dispatchers opening work orders
  • Maintains the operations of parts, Maintains appropriate inventories and minimize costs.
  • Schedules and performs cycle counts on inventoried service vehicles.
  • Schedules and performs cycle counts on inventoried parts room.
  • Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies, parts forecasting.
  • Writing and maintaining purchase orders.
  • Work order updating and closing.
  • Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.
  • Work’s directly with road service technicians to supply with needed parts verifying fitment using serial break numbers to ensure accuracy.
  • Work’s with vendors to create RMA’s.
  • Work’s with accounts payable to resolve disputed invoices.
  • Maintains an organized and orderly parts rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma, preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Strong experience with parts inventory management
• Knowledge of purchasing process including optimum order sizing for reduced cost.
• Basic computer skills
• Supervisory skills
• Personal and professional integrity
• Flexible of approach to problem solving


The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
