The environment of the Contact Centre is incredibly fast pace - managing high volume of calls per day across multiple systems and channels. Our environment is ever changing, so having the ability to adapt and keep up to date with communications is an important part of this role. Being resilient and well managed in your day to day is a must, as our staff are focused on providing outstanding service to help our customers and communities grow and succeed.
