Service Bookings/ Administrator (Automotive) Required

Prestige Main Dealer in Tonbridge

Circa £22.5k Basic Salary + Bonus

Previous experience in this role is required

We are seeking a Service Bookings/ Administrator to join our Client’s Prestige Main Dealership in the Tonbridge area.

You'll be part of a team of 3 assisting our customers by providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail to arranging service/repair bookings.

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite and attentive whilst being accurate. You'll be self-motivated with a can do attitude. You must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks & previous Kerridge experience would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Administartor:

Arranging Service and Repair bookings/ estimates by phone, e-mail and face to face

Great organisational skills

High attention to detail

Ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.

Maintain Customer Databases & general administration duties.

Have the ability to work independently and as part of team

Handling customer queries efficiently

Please note that this role is working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
