Mater's Digital Technology and Information (DTI) department has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Systems Specialist (Digital Health Systems) to join the team. The opportunity will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis based at Mater South Brisbane, Mater offers a hybrid working model including working home.
The Senior Clinical Systems Specialist is a leadership role who works as part of the team responsible for providing expert advice and support of clinical systems used across Mater Group. This role has expert content knowledge to ensure maintenance, support, problem solving and continuous service improvement are managed in a timely and customer focussed manner to meet business needs. The position also serves as an escalation point of contact for advanced system support issues, and is required to be able to handle complex issues related to supporting a large number of widely differing clinical systems.
The role will engage with a broad range of stakeholder across Mater, as well as vendors and third parties to maintain effective working relationships. As a leader within the clinical systems area, this role will coach and mentor team members at an operational level in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels and will provide assistance to other business area solutions as part of a multi skilled team.

About you
You will have experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation coupled with the below;
(CHIA) membership and credentials are desirable. * Postgraduate qualifications in business management, information technology, leadership, organisational change or similar field are desirable.
