The opportunity

The Senior Support Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and support of Customer Information applications and products to ensure their continued operation and reliability.

The main responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:

Manage and take ownership of the systems and processes required to ensure they are aligned to business and customer requirements.

Facilitate a timely response to rectify any Customer Information system issues and faults, ensuring that quality requirements are consistently met.

Work autonomously to investigate and understand issues through to resolution and communicate enhancements and scheduled changes to users.

Liaise and work collaboratively with relevant teams and stakeholders to manage and coordinate change request activities, to support and maintain the production and non-production application environments

About you

You will have previous experience in a similar role where you have been involved in responding to system issues and faults to achieve continuity of services.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience

Demonstrated experience in the development and high-level technical maintenance of medium to large applications

Salary and benefits

The salary for this position is pro rate at RC6 ($127,-$157,945) plus superannuation and leave loading.
