Our client:

Our client has been around for over 100 years delivering apparel and footwear for men, women, and children. The role:

Seeking an operational-minded Store Manager who is able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced store.

Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be exceptional with people management.

Experienced in team building, coaching, and mentoring large team sizes to get the best for your store.

Works well with working to tight KPIs and driving sales.

Lead a team of size 16 with the support of an Assistant Manager.

Tuesday - Saturday roster, 40 hours per week.

Onehunga location.

Skill and Attributes:

• Strong leadership skills leading by example. (minimum 2 years experience in a Store Manager position)
• Stock management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales drive, reflective of store budgets. 
• Management day to day operations 
• Professional Brand Ambassador with a love for Sports!
