Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Senior SEM and Paid Media Specialist for one of our clients in the consumer goods space. This role will have you working as the lead for devleoping and driving digital strategies. The SEM & Paid Media lead will be responsible for managing digital acquisition programs to drive traffic, engagement and ultimately revenue while meeting specific benchmark KPIs. The role will be the point person between a variety of different product brand teams and digital agency.

What you'll be doing:

  • creating, analyzing and optomizing full-funnel SEM campaigns; liaising with digital agencies to lead and advise on paid media campaigns
  • managing the overall SEM program budget across all businesses
  • working with agencies to manage generic, branded and competitive keyword lists across business lines
  • leading the development of key PPC remarketing strategies to help support cross-sell and upsell
  • working with digital analytics leads to deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders with a focus on driving incremental traffic, engagement and revenue
  • rigorously optimizing campaigns to ensure KPI’s are consistently being met
  • supporting the development of paid media strategy and execution across digital channels through best in class digital media buying
  • effectively managing project timelines and budgets aligned to strategic marketing and brand objectives

Requirements

Education:

●     Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Knowledge:

●     technical knowledge of marketing technology tools like Adobe Audience Manager, DV360, Search 360, Campaign Manager, Tag Manager

●     Exceptional digital communication skills and articulation i.e. be able to explain programmatic tools and strategies to non-experts

●     Thorough understanding of digital performance and measurement

●     Understanding of leading edge industry trends, digital advertising trends, and digital marketing and social media best practices

●     Knowledge of testing practices including A/B, multivariate, etc.

●     Excellent oral and written communication skills

●     Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

●     Excellent presentation skills – ability to distil complex analysis and program recommendations into concise management information

●     Strong organization skills

Experience:

●     3+ years proven SEM & media experience in a brand marketing and/or agency role

●     Proven record of success with SEM & Media, agency and budget management

●     Proven ability to leverage analytics to make strategic and tactical recommendations on paid strategy or content

●     Extensive experience with SEM planning and execution with strong paid media knowledge including audience-based strategies
