The opportunity
Right now we have great opportunity for a capable Senior Solution Architect (HR) to take the lead in developing solutions which leverage the capabilities of SAP and other HR technologies, now and into the future. Work closely with People and Culture, Transport Shared Services, your IT colleagues and others to ensure solutions deliver desired business outcomes while also aligning to the overall IT architecture and security frameworks. This is a very exciting time to be working in the Hire to Retire process domain at Transport for NSW.
The role partners with Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions and also provides guidance to Functional Analysts and other Solution Architects who are engaged through the blended workforce model.

This is a Transport Senior Service Manager role (salary range: $177,139 - $197,392 package). Starting package will be determined with the successful candidate.
