The Bing Monetization team is looking for passionate front-end developers to build innovative monetizable UX experiences that delight our users. Creative developers to transition the boring blue links results with visually rich and interactive UX. Responsibilities

 Define OKRs and manage scrums

Work closely with program manager to define feature specifications

Design scalable solutions, and drive toward timely delivery

Mentor junior developers and help them grow
Implement Web UIs for PC and Mobile
Analyze experiment metrics, debug, and suggest next steps
Implement functional tests, and live site monitors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managing people and leading projects

• 5+ years of web development software engineering experience
• Experienced with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
• Experienced with MVC and OOP language
• Great design, problem solving, and coding skills with a strong bias for quality

Plus to have:
• Machine learning fundamentals
• Data mining, statistical analysis experience
