As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

As the Senior Social Brand Manager for Garnier, you will set & implement our Advocacy and Social vision to be the number one mass ethical, sustainable, and natural beauty brand. You will work with the wider 3.0 Marketing team to drive a forward-thinking Social strategy across all channels, with Social Commerce and Advocacy at the heart of all activities. You will work closely with the Comms and Community team to ensure the consumers are at the heart of everything we do across social as a brand and finally you will work closely with the other category SBMs to drive social innovation and the brand vision across key social touchpoints.
You will
• Need to develop the brand overarching social and influencer strategy with your day-to-day responsibilities being Motherbrand + Skincare categories
• You will manage the Assistant Social Brand Manager who will work across Sun + Body categories and support on Skincare
• Have to analyse and report on campaign performances, understanding ROI and effectiveness of product spend and activity and manage social budget
• Oversee and manage your categories send out and seeding strategy and campaigns for influencers
• Work closely with the Online Brand Managers and Divisional Teams to set out and oversee the brand Social Commerce Strategy, setting and achieving targets
You have
• Been educated to a degree level
• Comprehensive experience in social & influencer marketing roles
• A track record in leading creation of high performing brand content and managing multiple social platforms.
• Experience in leading brand social strategy.
• Confidence with social analytics
• Experience in working with and developing relationships with brand influencers + agencies.
• Passion for beauty
• Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus.
