This is a well run medium sized commercial contractor with an impressive work load requires a senior site manager. They focus on projects within the $5M - $25M range and cover a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, and education to name a few.

Your role will involve sole responsibility for projects from consent stage to code of compliance and cover:

• Programming and managing programme and quality (Microsoft Project)
• Consulting with architect/engineers
• Liaising with clients
• Attending on council matters
• Material procurement
• On site supervision
• Progress reporting
• Health and safety

As an applicant you have extensive local experience on commercial construction projects in the small to medium sized range. You are a NZ Licensed Building and appropriately trade qualified. You have excellent technical skill including design resolution and integration of structural elements. Your planning and programming skills are well honed, you can manage multiple operations as well as site staff effectively. You have an excellent rapport with sub contractors and consultants and can influence where necessary.
