Aviva are currently recruiting for a Security Education & Training Manager to join their Information Technology.
The Security Education and Training (SET) team’s vision is to upskill colleagues’ information security knowledge, equipping our colleagues with knowledge to protect Aviva’s and our customers' information.
This role’s primary purpose is making sure our colleagues are highly engaged and educated in the cyber security threats they may face, both at work and at home.
The role leads 2 key Security Education and Training team services:
Colleague Engagement & Nudges: Delivery of high profile proactive and reactive colleague security engagement campaigns across Aviva. This role also oversees the management of the relaunched Security Guardians network
Content production: maintain and mature SET educational content, lead on the maturity and development of our intranet’s “Cyber Academyâ€, oversight of content creation for CISO’s annual Essential Learning training and deliver new training initiatives in order to tangibly influence the security behaviours of colleagues across all of our markets
Duties & Responsibilities
Thematic and reactive colleague engagement plans, campaign plans, Cyber Academy maintenance and management, ensuring regular liaison with colleagues
Working closely with Learning and Development and SET team members to oversee the delivery of CISO’s Essential Learning content. SET content will be produced predominantly inhouse. However, where a capability gap exists or an innovative solution is preferred (e.g., video or content production), you will be responsible for the management of a Request for Proposal (RFP) process where appropriate
Working with the Head of SET, you will support two colleagues who drive:
The Security Guardian network/ charity partnerships and CISO Voice of Aviva
The Cyber Academy, security education communications (including a monthly security newsletter), campaign management and Essential Learning
Delivery of key strategic objectives set out in the 2022 SET Strategy, using data to segment audiences and tailor activities to them, as well as supporting strong engagement between 'business' and 'CISO'
Delivery focus is key, with campaign planning, content creation and the delivery of the initiatives outlined above all vital in supporting Aviva’s Business Protection Standard control assessments aligned to training delivery
Skills & Experience required
Strong communications and copywriting experience
Demonstrable experience of creating engaging content (across various media)
Strong interest in cyber security, including the threat businesses like Aviva face from cyber criminals
