About the role
- Development and execution of a fully integrated outcome driven multi-channel marketing programme and plan for LE/PS
- Responsible for ensuring campaign activity is aligned to the wider LE/PS marketing plans with a particular focus on vertical targeting
- Be the key interface into LE or PS Sales Teams
- Responsible for driving the sector revenue number along with the rest of the team
- Aligning activity to customer lifecycle stage – both existing and prospect customers
- Being the driving force for campaign creativity that brings our brand to life through our offline and online digital channels and journeys
Key Responsibilities
- Devise high quality ROI driven execution of marketing campaigns and programmes utilising the most relevant channels
- Develop and implement fully integrated campaigns/programmes which support relevant sector and vertical business targets
- Bring the Business brand to life through these campaign activities by using creative thinking
- Optimising channel mix and selecting the most effective routes to market to ensure return on marketing investment
- Create effective lead nurture and demand generation activity aligned to insight and audience plans
- Recommend spending levels and tactics that consistently improve ROI without losing sight of growth and effectively communicate this to key stakeholders
- Educate and work closely with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement our strategy, initiatives, and programmes
What We Need from You:
Essential Skills:
- Solid and demonstrable experience of delivering marketing campaigns
- Solid and demonstrable experience of go-to-market activity
- Proven ability to develop marketing and sales content and collateral (internal and external)
- Comfortable with dealing with complex business environments and buying cycles
- Strong customer focus and ability to put the customer at the heart of business strategy
- Commercial acumen
- Strong presentation, communication, and written skills
- Experience of B2B campaign development and execution
- Proven experience of similar role(s) within a complex B2B environment – preferably IT, tech or telecoms.
- Experience of leading and working within cross-function teams in matrix organisations
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Degree level qualification or CIM diploma desired but not essential
