A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a major Entertainment Business for a Senior Retail Manager in the Consumer Products team.

This 12-month role Reports to the Retail Director and your responsibilities will include:

• Priority account plan for the next 24 months, including trade marketing costs and wholesale forecasted revenues.
• Compile trade marketing budget for all relevant accounts with the Retail Director, based on investment priorities and past return on investment learnings.
• Support the Retail Director by inputting retail insights into the annual strategic plan for the territory.

• Analyse profitability of trade marketing operations for managed retail accounts.
• Management of defined retail contact base, across all levels of their business.
• Conduct activation reviews to measure efficiency and profitability of the actions implemented. Recommend subsequent strategies & action plan – both internally and externally.
• Ensure there is a contact strategy in place for all key decision makers & influences by retailer – ensuring broad engagement of WB strategic priorities.
• Work within a dynamic sales and marketing environment using a cross-divisional team approach to develop new opportunities.

For this senior role, you must have strong analytical skills, have a strong retail or sales background, be experienced with strategic and financial planning, be able to be a self-starter and have strong commercial acumen.
