What you'll do:

• Work with senior stakeholders in Sky Mobile and the wider Sky business to define the ambition, scope and structure of research projects.
• Deliver end-to-end concurrent research projects including methodology and questionnaire design, reporting and presentation to senior stakeholders.
• Lead the delivery of both quantitative and qualitative research projects including product and pricing demand research, brand and advertising positioning research and deep dives into the mobile category.
• Collaborate with our Mobile colleagues, in Ireland and the UK, to translate insights into action and maximise the impact and value of research insights.
• Develop strong relationships with the team’s stakeholders and be a key part of how the wider Sky team delivers on its goals and targets.
• Collaborate with the other members of the research insight team on annual planning and overall insights across our categories.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar research role.
• Strong expertise in market research methodologies with a particular focus on quantitative methods.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior audiences and presenting complex information simply and with impact.
• A real passion and curiosity for customer insights and for working with our stakeholders to deliver on business priorities
• A proven track record of influencing, engaging with, and delivering for senior stakeholders
• A self-starter, who enjoys the energy of a fast-paced environment and who has strong multi-tasking abilities and resilience
